Get your team up and running in minutes.
Connect your CRM
Go to Settings → Integrations and connect your Salesforce or HubSpot account. This imports your existing accounts and contacts.
Invite your team
Add your sales reps and managers from Settings → Team. They'll get an email to set up their accounts.
Start mapping buyer groups
Adrata automatically analyzes your deals to identify stakeholders. Review the suggested buyer groups and add any missing contacts.

Finding the full buyer group
Every deal page shows you who's involved and who's missing. Look for the "Coverage Gaps" section to see which roles you haven't engaged yet.

Meeting prep
Before any meeting, check the deal page for the latest stakeholder insights. You'll see:

Each deal has a health score based on real engagement patterns. Pay attention to:

When you're stuck with a contact who can't make decisions, use the Path to Power feature to find:
- → Who actually signs off on deals like yours

How does Adrata identify buyer groups?
Adrata analyzes your emails, meetings, and CRM data to identify all the people involved in a deal. It then uses AI to determine each person's role (champion, decision maker, evaluator, blocker) based on their title, engagement patterns, and behavior.
What data does Adrata need to work?
At minimum, Adrata needs access to your CRM (accounts, contacts, opportunities). For better insights, connect your email and calendar to track engagement. Adrata never shares your data with other customers.
How long does setup take?
Most teams are up and running in under an hour. Connect your CRM, invite your team, and Adrata starts analyzing your deals immediately. Buyer group insights improve over time as more data flows through.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We support SSO with SAML 2.0 and offer data residency options for enterprise customers.
